Love, hatred, lethal emotions and guilty conscience: a drama of extremities is what characterizes the new choreography by Tamás Juronics.
Hostile families, tough, fighting juvenile, the blossoming love of two youngsters, a hasty marriage followed by a street fight. This is how the well-know story goes.
The new production of the Szeged Contemporary Dance Company is a modern arrangement of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
A fake romantic psycho tale breaks off, and we follow as the conscience of the leading actors develop, losing all their images to future. In the center of the story stands Tybalt, who tries to justify his deeds, and silence his uprising conscience and his hunger for love.
A grandiose, wild, neo-punk performance, a 21st century production right to the core.
